RiftCollect is a collection tracker for the Riftbound trading card game, made by one collector. It keeps only what it needs to run your collection, sells nothing, shows no ads and doesn't track you. If anything here is unclear, write to riftcollectapp@gmail.com.

What we keep, and why

  • Your account: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google or Discord. To sign you in and show who you are.
  • Your collection: what you add: cards and sealed products, copies, language, condition, grade, the price you paid, your own prices, your wishlist. That is the app; it's yours, and only you see it.
  • Your settings: your market, currency and card language.
  • What you send us: a feature suggestion on the Roadmap (with your email, so we can reply), or your email on the waitlist (to tell you once when the app opens).
  • Files you import (Collectr, Piltover Archive, our template) are read in your browser; only the rows you import reach us, as entries in your collection.

Cookies and storage

Only what the app needs; no analytics and no advertising cookies:

  • a sign-in cookie, so you stay signed in;
  • small preference cookies: your market, the sidebar collapsed or not, card size, details shown or not, amounts hidden or not;
  • your light or dark theme, kept in your browser.

Who else is involved

  • Fly.io hosts the app and its database, in Frankfurt (EU).
  • Resend sends our emails (sign-in links, the launch email).
  • Google and Discord, only if you sign in with them: they tell us your email, name and picture.
  • Riot Games serves card pictures and League splash art: your browser loads them from Riot's servers, which see your IP address as with any image on the web.

Market prices come from Cardmarket and TCGplayer: our server fetches them, and nothing about you is sent to them.

How long

As long as you have an account. Your waitlist email is kept until the launch email is sent, then only to make sure you don't get it twice. Suggestions are kept to build the Roadmap.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export or delete what we keep about you, and object to any of it. Most of it you can change yourself in the app (Profile, Settings, your collection). To have your account and everything in it deleted, or for anything else, write to riftcollectapp@gmail.com: we do it within 30 days. If you think we got it wrong, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this changes in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app. The date at the top is when it last changed.
